Appointment Info
Appointments can be made via Phone, Whatsapp, Email or either of the social media pages.
An initial phone consultation is required before booking your first appointment. This appointment is free and is via phonecall (approx 20 mins).
Payments can be made over the phone or in person, more details will be given on phone consultation or by email.
Counselling
Adults
1-2-1 £50 (60 minutes) £65 (90 minutes)
Couples £75 (90 minutes)
Children/Adolescents
1-2-1 £35 (45 minutes) £40 (60 minutes)
Parent/guardian welcome to sit in if the child is comfortable speaking infront of you.
Family
Family counselling £80 (90 minutes)
Groups
Group sessions price varies (90 minutes) - Dates, time, venues etc will be advertised in advance, numbers may be limited which means booking in advance would be advised. Follow up chat will be offered, via phone call/video call for the days after (no additional fee).
Group bookings available (businesses/schools/personal etc) - price is dependent on numbers and how long the booking is for. Call or email for more details.
There will also be online group sessions available.... Again all details will be advertised on the website and all social media pages when there are confirmed dates and times!...

Business Coaching
Business Coaching is dependant on your needs, this means there will be a specially tailored package put together for you and your business needs.... Or you may sign up for 1 of the many packages I will be offering throughout the year - this option may not be tailored to your exact needs!...

Business Packages
Available in person throughout the UK or virtually Worldwide.
Choose either Yearly or Monthly Packages. Pay As You Go also available.
Yearly and Monthly packages can be adjusted each month if required, pay as you go is exactly as it states...pay per appointment required.
I understand every business is different, whether it be in size, location, business hours etc, this is why I tailor each package to what you, the business owner requests.

I give talks on many topics including Mental Health, PTSD, Eating Disorders, Domestic Abuse, Addiction, Bullying, Autism and much more.
Bookings available for Schools/Colleges/Universities, Clubs, Businesses and more.......(price dependent on booking details).
I also hold events speaking about these topics, details will be added to the website and social media when dates/tickets become available

* Currently all appointments are mobile, this can be within your home or work place etc
** If you don't feel ready for a face to face appointment for counselling or life coaching there is also an option to have your appointment via videocall or phonecall.
*** Walk and talk appointments are also available for counselling and life coaching. This is exactly as it sounds, your appointment will be outdoors in a quiet place where we can 'walk & talk' without interruption.
