Reboot your Business initially started as a podcast to coincide with my business coaching, it has now grown so much that I have added it as an additional section to my business, an extension to the business some may say...

Before I get in to the full details I will share some information about myself and my journey in to business and eventually becoming a business owner.  My name is Aileen and I have been in business, initially being a self employed sales rep for a large worldwide retail company that everyone will have heard of and possible purchased from.  I had been interested in business and becoming a business owner for over 10 years previous to this, essentially since I was in my mid teens, I eventually set up my first business in my early 30's and built it up solely on my own from all my knowledge I had gained from my previous experience I learned in business and from further information I had gathered over the years.  Due to health reasons I knew I wouldn't be able to sustain that business for much longer as I was designing, printing, selling online and on markets which was too much for my body which was essentially starting to fail me.  Knowing how much I love business and being in business, I decided to retrain and do something I love which is helping others.  I initially trained to become a counsellor and set up The Reboot Sanctuary, which I love but know there was a lot more help I could give, to a lot more people.  After having a long think I decided to then offer business coaching as an additional service within The Reboot Sanctuary....  Fast forward a few years and a couple of podcasts (links are in the menu) I have now taken the decision to offer content creator coaching and influencer coaching with the option for Reboot your Business to also become an agency where we can help both creators/influencers and businesses connect with each other and get the best fit and the best outcome for everyone involved.  We will not only be the 'middle man' but we will be with you for the full journey and further if required.

Just as an FYI, at The Reboot Sanctuary and Reboot your Business there is no hard sell, we will set up an initial phone consultation to allow each of us to ask any questions we may have and to ensure we are able to provide a service you require to it's full potential.  At the end of the day we all want the same thing, for your business to flourish and for everyone to have the job they deserve within an environment that is suitable for them.  Also we can help you regardless of where in the world you are, as both coaching and appointments/meetings can be held via video call if there is too much distance between us!!.....
